Registration Fees

NOTE: Student rate is a discount rate, it can cover ONE paper within 4 pages while one full registration (IEEE memeber or Non-Member) can cover AT MOST TWO papers within 4 pages each.

For additional Pages (At most two extra pages):
1. IEEE Member /IEEE Student Member: US$30 per page
2. Non - IEEE Member /Student Non-IEEE Member: US$40 per page

Invitation Letter

Participants requiring an invitation letter for visa or for other applications should write to the Conference Secretariat secretary@primeasia.org, specifying the following information:
  • The e-mail subject should be “Request for Invitation Letter”
  • First Name, Family Name
  • Gender
  • Passport number
  • Birth date
  • Citizenship
  • Postal address
  • A valid e-mail address
  • Paper title and Paper ID
  • Position of the requester as a committee member, speaker, or presenter if applicable
  • The purpose for the request

Please note that registration payment must be made before requesting an invitation letter. This letter is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the conference.


Personal Insurance

The organizers cannot be held responsible for accidents to conference participants or accompanying persons, for damage or loss of their personal property, or for cancellation expenses, regardless of cause. Participants should therefore, make their own insurance arrangements. Please consult your local insurance sources regarding coverage.
