Paper Submission

Complete 4-page manuscript (in standard IEEE double-column format), including title, authors’ names, affiliations and e-mail addresses, and a short abstract are requested. Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.  Please refer to author Information on this website for details.

 

All papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore and indexed by EngineeringVillage (EI) and ThomsonReuters(CPCI for conference proceedings)
