Postdoc Position at Bio-inspired Circuits and Systems Lab, School of Microelectronics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University


Bio-inspired Circuits and Systems Lab at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (BiCASL-SJTU) has a postdoc position opening. The successful candidate should have a Ph.D degree from a reputable university in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or Biomedical Engineering. Candidates should have hands-on experiences in hardware design. Experience in analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits design is a plus. Candidates should have a strong desire to conduct cross-disciplinary research in biomedical applications. Candidates should have a proven record of doing top research and publishing. The responsibilities of this position include:

•  Conduct world-class research in the areas of biomedical circuits and systems.
•  Work with researchers in the areas of life sciences, clinical medicine and other engineering disciplines.
•  Supervise graduate students.
•  Publish the research results in prestigious conferences and journals, and
•  Lab supervision.

The position has all the benefits from the university and the annual salary will be competitive and commensurate with the experiences.

Full-time Faculty Positions, School of Microelectronics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University


Applications are invited for full-time faculty positions at all the ranks of assistant, associate or full professor. Potential candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or are near the completion of their Ph.D. program. Desirable areas of research include but are not limited to RF/Mixed-Signal/Digital IC Design, Semiconductor Devices and Fabrication, IC Packaging and Testing, Microprocessor Architecture, Embedded Systems, and Bio-medical Electronics. The successful candidates should be able to demonstrate strong potential and abilities in both teaching and research. They are expected to teach both undergraduate and graduate courses, to supervise graduate students, and to develop and maintain leading research programs.
