Submissions

1. ALL papers must be submitted on-line from the conference website.  Email submissions will NOT be accepted.
2. You only need to create one user account.  Please use the same account (User name & Password) should you have more than one paper to submit.
3. You can edit any author information or resubmit your paper until the submission deadline. Please use the unique web account you created during initial submission to edit and resubmit your paper(s).
4. To qualify for the Paper Award, the first author must be a student.

Paper Specifications

In order to meet formatting requirements, please use the templates on this website for your papers. Only PDF file can be submitted. You need to convert your paper(s) into PDF format before your submission.

For final submission should you paper(s) have been accepted, it is MANDATORY to use IEEE PDF EXPRESS to ensure your PDF is IEEE Xplore compliant with the following specifications:

1. Paper Length: Maximum 4 pages, including figures, tables & references other than additional pages
2. Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11") or A4 (210mm X 297mm)
3. Paper formatting: single spaced, double column, 9pt font or larger
4. Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file. No Type 3 fonts allowed.
5. File Format: PDF only
6. File Size Limitation: 2.0MB
7. Do NOT page number your paper
8. Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.

Note: Deviations from the above specifications will result in removal of your accepted paper from the proceedings.

Please navigate to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at www.pdf-express.org for the details. Once at the website, you need to create a new account by clicking on the link "New Users - Click Here" and filling in your information.  Enter primeasia10x for the Conference ID. You will receive an email confirmation upon the successful creation of your account. Through your PDF eXpress account, you can submit your source files for conversion to PDF and/or submit PDFs for checking. Please contact pdfsupport@ieee.org should you experience any trouble in creating your PDF.

IMPORTANT:  Your final Xplore-compatible PDF(s) should be submitted through this website at http://primeasia2010.youpaper.org. It will share the same paper ID with your original paper(s). (please note that the paper title and author names in your final paper should be the same as those in your original paper(s), which have been captured in the system for the conference proceedings.)

Additional Requirements

In order to adhere to IEEE policy requirements, you need to send us a signed Copyright Form for each accepted paper for publication at this conference. Without this form, we can NOT publish your paper. Click here to download Copyright Form.doc

Please email a scanned copy of the form with your hand-written signature, paper title and author names to secretary@primeasia.org NO LATER THAN July 10, 2010 23:59 GMT
